Rosh Chodesh the beginning or literally the “head of the month” has always been known as having a special connection to women. Just as the Jewish yearly cycle is fixed according to the lunar calendar women experiences various cycles in our life. Every Rosh Chodesh MerkosWomen mark the day by having a special program featuring our past students sharing their past journey as well as insights into the unique features of the upcoming month and light entertainment
Every month at MerkosWomen we mark the upcoming chodesh with a special program designed for our current and past students. Come join as we learn about the the unique features of the upcoming month and hear a personalised account from one of our students about her personal journey. Everyone has a unique and personal story to share and MerkosWomen forms a spiritual oasis to so many women seeking out a more real connection to their Jewish roots and identity. By sharing in a warm and relaxed environment we find that the stories women share help us on our own Journey to connect, grow and add light
